Our goal is to create space for connection, growth and healing available from the comfort of your home.
In this virtual yoga studio, you will find videos of yoga classes to take for every need you may have. From hip openers, and heart openers, to yin and immunity-boosting flows, you will find a session for every need right at your fingertips. You will have access to new classes being added, as well as our library.
It can be tricky to find the right meditation for you. In this virtual studio, you will find meditations that fit your busy schedule such as a 5-minute meditation, or if you want to deepen your practice with a 10-minute body scan. New meditations will become available over time but you will have access to our meditation library.
Affirmations & Journal Prompts
In this group, you will find monthly or weekly themes. Along with these themes, we will create affirmations and journal prompts to go alongside your themed practice.
From printouts, workbooks, to themed calendars, you’ll have the supplies you need to build your home practice.
